Mike DeWine announced Tuesday. As Jeremy Pelzer reports, DeWine also said that starting this Friday, eligibility will be expanded to include residents in their 40s and those with cancer, chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease and obesity. Regula looks back on 12 years as commissioner Regula WAPAKONETA – Recently retired Auglaize County Commissioner Don Regula says he appreciated every opportunity he had to serve the people. Since his last day December 31, 2020, he’s had time to reflect on his years of public service and how he got there. Regula said he decided to retire after 12 years as a commissioner because he felt it was time to get some fresh ideas in the office. “I know my successor Dave Bambauer will offer a different perspective,” he said. He also said that Bambauer will find a great team to work with.
