U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil says likely future House Speaker Kevin McCarthy will definitely end proxy voting “on day one.” The Janesville Republican at a WisPolitics.com DC luncheon this week said McCarthy, R-Calif., will also likely get rid of virtual participation almost altogether.
