Mask-maker Sanctuary Systems creating 118 jobs in Wayne County

RALEIGH–Sanctuary Systems, a developer and marketer of fiber technology and nonwoven materials, will create 118 jobs at a new facility in the Town of Fremont, local officials said Thursday. The project brings Wayne County a capital investment of $4.9 million. Sanctuary Systems, is a North Carolina State University start-up company. It develops specialty fibers and non-woven materials for applications in markets that include consumer products, beauty products, apparel, filtration products, acoustics, and health and medical products. Among its products are high-quality face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE). “We are very excited to welcome Sanctuary Systems, LLC to Wayne County,” said NC House Majority Leader John Bell. “This project is a big deal for our local economy. It will bring good jobs and critical new investments to our region. I want to thank everyone who helped make it happen.”

we do have new video just in from fox news multimedia reporter charles watson. he is in nebraska where he told the town s water treatment plant and water sewage plant submerged in water. charles spoke to campers there who are flooded out and homes destroyed. we thank him for doing that for us but right now 9 million people in 14 states live in an area where flood warning in effect according to the national weather service. nebraska emergency management agency said rescuers have helped 290 people escape the rising waters as roads and bridges are washed out. the town of fremont, nebraska cut off by the floodwaters and authorities they are are hoping that today the water received enough to allow access. the water levels north bend and further downstream from fremont, those levels have dropped. there is not actually a cage at fremont, but the gauges on both sides of fremont show a decrease
