UPDATE, 1:20 p.m.: Police now have custody of a man suspected of stabbing a Jackson resident late Wednesday night. Officers were able to take the man into custody just minutes ago after he emerged barefoot from his apartment, according to our reporter on the scene. Â

Through the Wyoming Department of Homeland Security, Police Chief Michelle Weber activated the Sweetwater County Tactical Response Team from Rock Springs, which is currently on its way.
