In 18 years of real estate and 15 years of condo work, I don’t think I ever could have imagined how challenging the Downtown condo market would be. With all that being said, there were still some impressive numbers out of the Downtown Seattle core. There were 430 sales versus the 457 in 2019. That is down just 5% year or year.
