Cape Town - President Cyril Ramaphosa is returning to Parliament after his appearance in the National Assembly two weeks ago.
On Thursday, Ramaphosa will face questions from MPs in the National Council of Provinces on a range of issues including climate change.
However, MPs can ask further questions to the president and they are set to demand answers on Health Minister Zweli Mkhize who was placed on special leave.
While some of the parties were calling for the head of the minister, Mkhize had said this week that he had met Ramaphosa to discuss special leave.

Health Minister Zweli Mkhize has apologised for the fallout from the Digital Vibes scandal – as calls for his sacking grow louder.
The Minister answered questions from journalists during a visit to health facilities in the Northern Cape on Tuesday.
He says his intention is not to dodge questions but to make sure he fully cooperates with an SIU investigation into the multi-million Rand communications contract awarded to people he’s described, as just his comrades.
