The resort cities of Hua Hin and Cha-am are expecting soft reopening throughout the final quarter with 5% of the overall international arrivals in 2019.
Cha-am's reopening plan is expected to generate soft demand of 1,000 international arrivals per month as it prepares to become a connecting area for Hua Hin.
