Today (15 Feb) is Total Defence Day, when we commemorate the fall of Singapore to the Japanese on Feb 15, 1942. Ever since its first iteration in 1998, Total Defence Day has served as an important reminder to all of us that our nation needs to be able to defend itself, and that together we can stand strong against threats.
