Kendall of the Northern District of Illinois declined arguments by Hillshire Brands Company, Tyson Foods Inc., Tyson Fresh Meats Inc., Tyson Prepared Foods Inc. (collectively, the Tyson defendants) that the court should toss the turkey purchaser plaintiffs’ suits against them.
