Irvine, California-based Dynabook Americas Inc. is recalling about 16.8 million Toshiba laptop AC adapters citing burn and fire hazards, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Health Canada is currently recalling a Toshiba-brand laptop adapter that could lead to overheating and fire. The consumer product recall was published on February 21, 2024, and involves over 65 different Toshiba adapter models, all of which have been sold and distributed across Canada at various retailers.
