寺坐北朝南，占地面积550 平方米，按功能分为四个大殿，前大殿、后大殿、左右配殿。四殿梁架融为一体，屋顶和四座殿身互相衔接，中间围成天井式院落。前殿和后殿均面阔五间，进深三间，六架椽前后搭牵用四柱，彻上露明造，斗栱五铺作，单抄单下昂，单栱计心造，耍头作昂式，昂为琴面昂。左右配殿面阔三间，进深一间，屋顶两山与前后殿相互衔接构成一体，斗栱亦为五铺作，彻上露明造，屋顶均盖青色板筒瓦。这种建筑的屋脊相连，前后殿比较高，有悬山结构露出，东西配殿低，进深又小，更像是通道走廊，从外面看像福建四方形土楼建筑，四方形外立面都是围墙，也叫做合围式建筑。 据说五十年代拆去四面大殿四周外檐斗栱，改为砖式墙壁，仅仅保留了面向院内的四周檐部斗拱，而这次大修的重点是恢复外立面的斗拱，在现场可�
