His medium is a video filmed in and around the Granite City to go with his upcoming single, a haunting ballad called Within Hindsight, set for release later this month. Colin said: “The whole purpose of the video was to shoot Aberdeen and catch the beauty of it. A lot of the time it’s not really captured as I think it could be and we have certainly done that with what we have shot so far.”

Nikki Leys of The Liberty Kitchen in Aberdeen will unveil her first premises later this summer at the soon-to-be-open Greyhope Bay community and education centre at Torry Battery. The centre itself will be made up of two 40ft shipping containers with a full glass front overlooking the sea and glass panels on the sides providing incredible views of our beautiful coastline.
