After obtaining a no-knock search warrant for 31-year-old Torrey Moore, officers discovered the decomposing body of an 8-month pregnant woman in Moore's apartment.
The Silver Spring, Maryland, man accused of killing a gas station clerk in White Oak last week will remain held without bond as his competency is evaluated, and prosecutors say he’ll be charged in the other two deaths as soon as Tuesday.
