past especially 2013. they have been impacted this tornado season. on your show a couple weeks ago, we were talking about this one. it is going to head in that general vicinity. be on the lookout if you are in those areas. this is a broad system. the ingredients are coming together perfectly this evening through the early hours of the overnight for a severe weather outbreak. we are going to see dangerous storms gusty winds, large hail. we have reports of ping-pong sized hail and larger across portions of the plains. anywhere from south of omaha through kansas oklahoma and portions of texas down through san antonio need to be on the lookout t. dire situation right now is around new castle. that tornado heading in that direction. again, a tornado emergency for areas just to the west of new castle. it does include new castle. we have reports of a large and dangerous tornado on the ground there. those pictures we are showing
this is being looking to the northwest at about 72nd and center. i guess it s right about there. this is the old bluecross-blue shield building. you need to take cover just as though this were a tornado heading to your city. it s that big of a deal. i know it s a severe thunderstorm warning but this is the most big severe thunderstorm i have seen, the biggest severe storm i have seen moving into a city in a very long time, wolf. so how potentially dangerous is this, especially for the folks on the highway there in their cars? because it s getting darker, darker and more ominous. what is that? light le lightning? that s lightning in the sky. we would expect to see lightning flashes. this storm is not really going to put down a tornado but the damage will be much more widespread. these baseball-size hailstones will go through the roof of your car.
this is a fundamental tradition that came out of maybe a thousand years of jurisprudence, to have a lawyer and have your day in court. so when we decide in secret by the government one branch, based on one group, that is not consistent with the bill of rights. the bill says you have to have presentment of an indictment and shall get due process, no one shall have their life, liberty or freedom taken away from them without a trial. so this does go against our tradition. we should be careful because of our fear or hatred often justifiably, what we re fighting so much for is for the bill of rights. if we give up our bill of rights in our pursuit of terrorists i think really we will have mistaken what we have fought for. thank you so much, senator rand paul. and coming up, a tornado heading towards the denver
