Public funds have been allocated for projects in Brunswick Heads, earmarked in the recent NSW Budget.
The office of NSW Nationals MLC Ben Franklin told
The Echo the funding in the budget ‘is a continuation of the commitment made by the government and some of this work has been completed or is underway’.
Brunswick Heads foreshore projects, according to Mr Franklin’s office, consists of ‘environmental and recreational improvements and upgrades to facilities and amenities at Torakina Reserve, Banner Park, and Terrace Reserve, Brunswick Heads’.
‘The improvement will provide much-needed facilities for the benefit and enjoyment of locals and visitors and will resolve the ongoing degradation of the reserves’.
