From all of the rain water and melting snow. Strategic sand bagging is in place in some areas. City agencies monitor the rising level of the river. An action plan will kick and when it hit 7 ft. The level is nowhere near their right now. Probably around 34 ft. Things could change quickly due to the forecast. Tempters are getting above freezing. You do have some melting snow.
