BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township is forging ahead on funding local road and sewer projects this spring, plus two sets of building demolitions, while also keeping an eye out for winter weather should it somehow rear its head again.
The town council unanimously approved several resolutions at its March 18 meeting.
The first was to increase road salt invoices, to a maximum of $145,000. Township administrator Michael Pappas said the measure is fully funded, and that the cold weather had caused the municipality to utilize more salt this year.
