Reporter well this is jenner over my shoulder, along with highway 116. If you look on the side of the road where this happened, there are no skid marks but this road is very narrow and two lanes and notorious for accidents in this spot. There is no guard rail. Just a narrow shoulder. And this is the spot where the truck hit the road and rolled into the river.
