Were going now live to the flooding situation. Reporter a lot of flooding that people are dealing with. Right now were in the blue heron point Mobile Home Park. This is massachusetts avenue and congress up in new port where you can see this entire Mobile Home Park is filled with inches and in some parts feet of water here. Residents getting around by using mates up, air mattresses and a paddle to get around here. You see the dogs there. They are checking on each other. We saw hillsborough come up this way to help the county with smaller boats. They were taking people out, getting them to a bus, and available to a shelter. Theres a shelter but a lot of people telling us they did not want to go to the shelter. As we take a walk we can see same amount in the homes as well. People are saying theyve lost everything. As you can see, this entire Mobile Home Park filled. A lot of people reluctant to go to the shelter. They were worried about their pets. We are told that the shelter they can go

The protests that happened last week come from many years ago. The grainy video included indisputable proof of police brutality. Reporter it began with a 100mile an hour chase according to the Highway Patrol and ended with Los Angeles Police officers beating clubbing and stomping on the head of a 25yearold black man, rodney king. He was lying face down, spread out. And when he was in that position then they started hitting him. At that point he got up and tried to get away thats when i got out with a camera and started filming. Reporter witnesses including the man who shot this video tape says king who was booked for speeding and avoiding arrest offered no resistance. They said the beating went on for more than a minute. I was just amazed of what was happening. I was thinking what in the heck could he have done to deserve such punishment. Reporter
