Hopkinsville City Council approved a residential trash rate increase on first-reading at Tuesday’s meeting, meaning residential Herby Curby trash collection service in Hopkinsville would be going up by $3.41 each month.
Hopkinsville Solid Waste General Manager Tony Sicari brought the request before council due to steadily increasing service costs and he’s hopeful this will be last increase they request for a good while.
