Tony Jay Saunders was arrested by Carrol Township Police after allegedly leading officers on a chase with a stolen school bus that had a dead deer inside.
Tony Saunders Jr. tried running away from police, leading them through parking lots and busy traffic areas, police said. He stripped off his clothing in the process and was naked when he was apprehended.
