After 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, Master Sgt. Bradley Lykins swapped his dress blues and OCP camouflage for flannel shirts and jeans to follow his passion for farming and sustainability. Now at age 40, this nontraditional, first-generation student from Garrard County wants to help provide good and nutritious food as easily and cheaply as possible to communities across Kentucky.
This fall, UK will host six Big Blue Open Houses (BBOHs) giving prospective students and guests an opportunity to explore our expansive campus, located in the heart of Lexington.
