tonight concerns for the health of pope francis as the 86 year old is hospitalized battling a respiratory infection. delia gallagher is joining us from rome right now, delia, what do we know about his condition? well wolf. what we know is that the vatican told us today that the pope had been complaining in the last few days about some respiratory difficulties. and so this afternoon, he went to rome s gemelli hospital for what the vatican says were previously scheduled tests. those tests showed that he does indeed have a respiratory infection. it is not covid, the vatican says, but it does require him to stay in hospital for the next few days. to receive a medically appropriate therapy. they say no , we saw him this morning wolf wednesday morning. it does a weekly general audience in st peter s square. he was speaking and breathing just fine. it seemed, however, of course, he s 86 years old. and when he was a young man he had part of his right lung removed for a respiratory illness, so
