Both were standing outside his vehicle at the time of the shoo. In his vehicle and led them on a highspeed chase. Johnsons vehicle drove overrode spikes and crashed into interstate 71 northbound in richland county. As you can imagine this is a lot for a community to experience. That car came screaming down union street. It jumped the curb over here. It knocked over a light post, all the while dragging a young woman alone. Witnesses say the two had been arguing beforehand and at least to them it sure looked intentional. Reporter the car had so much power built up before it slammed in to the wall. It knocked over a light post on union street but the traffic light was the least of it. A young woman was struck. And victim had been arguing. They were fighting in the car. Last night. It is contained this morning. There were no injuries and no buildings burned. Investigators trying to find out who started the fire. Unbelievably dry conditions outside, record dry conditions and now, we have High Pressure overhead. We have seen some strong gusty winds with an offshore wind. And yeah, that is just a recipe for dangerous fire conditions. So red flag warnings are up again this morning until 8 a. M. They say he was working on car and had gas on his clothes and police say he was in a car with another person when one of the two of them lit a cigarette. And it was that combination the vapor from the gas on the victims clothes mixed with the lighter that caused him to catch on fire. Police say he suffered nonlife threatening injuries.
