EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Celerium Inc. announced today it is partnering with the Retail and Hospitality ISAC (RH-ISAC) to support the EX-RH2021 cybersecurity exercise happening in June 2021.
EX-RH2021, the retail and hospitality sector s first industry-wide cybersecurity exercise, will be hosted by RH-ISAC in conjunction with DHS/CISA, the sector s leading trade associations in the retail, hospitality, and travel industries, and with participation of federal law enforcement.
Celerium will provide EX-RH2021 participants with complimentary access to a sector-specific Cyber Defense Network portal
This virtual exercise will involve a scenario with impacts designed to challenge participating company s incident management and escalation, operational decision making, cross-disciplinary coordination, executive decision making, and external communications. The scenario will contemplate the impacts of compromised information
A 47-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the weekend incident.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Jan. 14, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Celerium Inc. is now one of the first organizations to be approved as both a Licensed Training Provider (LTP) and a Licensed Partner Publisher (LPP) by the CMMC Accreditation Body (CMMC AB), the company announced today.
The CMMC Accreditation Body previously approved Celerium as a Licensed Partner Publisher (LPP) in September 2020. As an LPP, Celerium is authorized to develop content to train CMMC Assessors who will be assessing DoD defense suppliers.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Dec. 15, 2020 /PRNewswire/ The CMMC Academy, an initiative of Celerium Inc., today announced the launch of its NIST 800-171 Q&A website, which was created to help suppliers to the U.S. Department of Defense get answers to common questions about NIST 171 standards, and the DoD assessment methodology that went into effect as of November 30, 2020.
The recent DFARS rule update from the U.S. Department of Defense has a major emphasis on NIST 800-171. Defense contractors will need to provide a NIST 800-171 self-assessment and upload it to the SPRS site in order to be eligible for future contracts or to execute options on existing contracts.
