The Conjuring: The Lover arrived to strong results as the publisher has now scheduled
Soul Plumbers. The new project is a six-issue miniseries that’s from writers Marcus Parks, Henry Zebrowski, and Ben Kissel, who are the hosts of
The Last Podcast on the Left. They’re joined by artist John McRea who will be providing the main cover while one variant will be done by Tome Neeley and the other by Rile Rosmo.
The series is set to begin on October 5th, 2021 with a cardstock cover priced at $4.99.
Plot Concept: Soul Plumbers dives into the sewers of the human soul, only to find them filled with demons. The story revolves around a disgraced seminary student named Edgar Wiggins, who is still seeking a higher calling in life. His search leads him to the Soul Plumbers, who steal souls for Satan, but he can’t buy into their group as a true devotee because he doesn’t have the money. Wiggins then swipes the blueprints
