It has been a mess all morning. Started around 4 00 this morning. Lets get outside to our news van on the scene of i95 northbound, approaching the lanes for 476. Steve, i know you have been out there, go ahead take it from here. Reporter ive got some good news. I just talk to the state police. They will have this reopened real quick. They have every state trooper car off i95 except one and as soon as that flood betties able to get the bread truck up and on the back of that flood bed and off the road they will reopen i95 northbound. It hud happened by your next traffic report or by your second one around 7 20. Now what chris pointed out is what i just told him to look at. Do you see that massive puddle in the left lane . Look at that, it is even coaching in the middle lane. Here it is two hours after the of heavy rain fell this accident happening before 4 00 a. M.
