A couple from Buffalo visited the Montezuma Audubon Center recently and rented a pair of snowshoes from the center for the day to walk on the two miles of trails there.
“It was the first time they had gotten out on shoeshoes,” said Chris Lajewski, manager at the Center, located in Savannah in Wayne County. “They said afterward that they had a great time and were going to a buy some.”
