We ve compiled a list of area pools along with hours, potential costs and other notes regarding the facilities. Harris Hill pool, Big Flats Located at: 599 Harris Hill Road, Elmira. Hours: Monday-Friday noon-7 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Cost: Children up to age two are free. Children 2-6 years old: $2 for Chemung County residents and $2.50 for non-residents. Age 7-adult: $3 for county residents and $3.50 for non-residents. Senior citizens: $2 for county residents and $2.50 for non-residents. Other notes: Main pool - 43 bathers permitted to be in the main pool, each able to maintain a six-foot distance. Little pool - 13 bathers permitted in the little pool, each able to maintain a six-foot distance.
