Hartness, a new 444-acre urban village in Greenville’s Eastside off Highway 14, is opening the doors to what it calls “an elevated fast-casual dining experience” in the Village Center.
Inside, bakers will use a stone hearth oven to serve up flatbreads and a farm-to-table menu under the tutelage of Executive Chef Tanner Marino alongside a curated selection of craft wines, beers, canned cocktails ands sparkling juices, according to a news release.
Chicken and cornmeal waffles along with Red Clay hot honey, avocado toast on nine-grain bread with roma tomatoes and scallions and the fig and pig flatbread with goat cheese, prosciutto, brown turkey figs, red wine reduction and arugula are a few of the signature menu items.
