KSL Properties, LLC, based in Blaine, Minn., purchased the 11,478-square-foot building that stands near Austin’s Walmart store. A Jimmy John’s sandwich shop and Total Fitness are two of the tenants occupying the complex that is completely leased.
The more than 8,000-square-foot building and the adjacent 3,000-square-foot warehouse at 2410 N. Broadway in Rochester were purchased by SMB Properties, which owns SMB Disability Solutions. SMB provides housing and services for adults and youth with special needs. The property, which is 100 percent leased, is occupied by Allegra Marketing and Canine Refined Grooming by Katrina.
St. Paul-based Abraham Properties, LLC, led by Joseph Abraham Jr., purchased the Sleep Number store at 2257 Commerce Drive NW for $2.53 million on May 21. The 3,000-square foot, net-leased property was built in 2018 as a new home for Select Comfort’s Rochester store.
