Within the past half hour the us senate has voted down a spending bill and a Government Shutdown looks very likely. Senators failed to back a stopgap motion which would temporarily keep Government Departments going for another four weeks. So now, unless a compromise can be found in the next hour, many parts of Us Government will shut down, although essential Services Including National Security and air Traffic Control will continue.
