Gladys Welch was born in Collingham and lived in Bakers Mill Ââ named after her motherâs family â until she was 11 . They moved by horse and cart to Tolney Lane, Newark, before moving on to Farndon Road, settling in Cranmer Road in 1932. Gladys Welch on the occasion of her 100th birthday.
