SHENANDOAH â A New York man who led East Union Township Police on a chase on Nov. 21 waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker.
Billy Jon Quirk, 28, of 83 Park St., Centereach, was arrested by police Chief Thomas Rentschler and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, trespass by motor vehicle, reckless driving, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and receiving stolen property.
