Floral studio Camino and chic lifestyle destination The Perfect Provenance opening in May May 06, 2021
Napa, CA (May 5, 2021) Putting a fresh spin on spring shopping, two new boutiques sharing an array of stylish designs, gifts, home decor and one-of-a-kind goods, will expand the offerings in the First Street Napa district. Camino, a floral studio and marketplace, and The Perfect Provenance lifestyle store will both open in May.
“First Street Napa has established itself as a destination for unique places to shop and explore,” said Todd Zapolski, principal and managing member, First Street Napa. “With their diversity of selections, and new approach, both Camino and The Perfect Provenance will bring even more lively energy to the downtown area. We’re very excited to welcome these new boutiques to our community this spring.”
In July, developer Zapolski Real Estate announced plans to relocate the department store more than a mile south of its current location on Main Street.
The project would include the swap of Kohlâs for a new hotel, apartment building, commercial space (for tenants such as a grocery market) and a public gathering area with new access points on the Kohlâs footprint, said Andrew Mazotti, director for Zapolski Real Estate.
The project could cost as much as $250 million, said the developers.
âDowntown Napa is great,â said Mazotti. âWeâve come a long, long wayâ since the Great Recession and other challenges. However, âWe still have a way to go,â he said.
