Virginia by far the hardest hit with more than 20 inches of snow in some parts. 250,000 people waking up without power. A bit further north in the capital the storm was mostly abust. Forecasters calling for 10 inches of snow. Most of it ended up actually being rain. The threat of wild weather shut down federal offices. The storm is now moving to the northeast.
