It is actually at the 21000 block of foothill boulevard. The crime scene is in the back of this apartment complex and thats where police were told to conduct a welfare check on a woman tonight around 7 00 p. M. They went to the womans secondstory apartment and for some reason, and we are trying to get this confirmed by police, the officer ended up shooting her. We are told the woman may have been armed, but police have not been able to confirm this. I think i said my safety my concern was getting the kids safe and getting them down on the tbrowpped on the ground and staying uh away from the windows. The woman who was not identified was taken away by the ambulance. Neighbors are telling us that there is a second victim who could be the womans son, but again we are still trying to confirm a lot of this information with the Hayward Police department who have not been able to come out here and talk to us at this time.
