That bill also allows federal courts to issue these kind of protective orders. There were two other bills, one that would outlaw large capacity magazines and other ammunition feeding devices. Democrats will talk about how some of these shootings were only stopped when the shooter had to reload and that some of these shooters used magazines that could hold up to 100 rounds , meaning they would not have to reload very often. Another one that would prevent people another bill that would prevent people who had been convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime from owning a weapon. Currently, felons are prevented from owning a weapon, and this would add to that by saying if it is a misdemeanor
