Chicago-area-based Red Seal Homes will serve as developer and general contractor for what will be called 44TENN. northwest corner of the intersection of West Trinity Lane and Old Matthews Road and across from Haynes Middle School, Proximity (pictured) will offer 51 three- and four-bedroom townhomes starting in the $300,000s as well as nine live-work townhomes, according to a release.
Billed as “semi-custom townhomes,” the residences will offer more than 2,200 square feet of living space and views of downtown Nashville.
Red Seal paid $2.3 million for the 4.25-acre site, located within what some call Haynes Area, in September 2020, according to Metro records. The first Proximity (stylized as “PROXIMITY”) townhomes are expected to be finished in February of next year.
