Discussions are underway for a possible resolution in the murder case against Billy Jo Faughn, who is accused in a July 29 crash that killed a woman on Blue and Gray Park Road in Todd County.
Billy Jo Faughn of Hopkinsville appeared virtually before Todd Circuit Judge Joe Hendricks Wednesday afternoon. Commonwealth’s Attorney Neil Kerr informed the court they continue to hand over evidence to the defense, and they’re working on bringing on an expert that can examine the vehicle involved in the incident.
