sink. shannon: let me ask you both quickly the republicans have gotten very involved in a lot of the gu gubernatorial races across the country. why are they so important for 2010? the republican governor s association has done an outstanding job with the governor s races across the country. the reason why this is so important is that the governors will be controlling the redistricting process and we will have the new census results and they will be redrawing the congressional district boundaries and whoever is in control in the state capitals and controling that process, you know, wields a lot of power. shannon: okay, rob, quickly? certainly right. but there is another factor as well and that is it can make a big difference in a swing state in a presidential election who holds the governor s house. you just have to look at ohio and the difference between 2004 and 2008 that shifted to the
