Memorial Day is, obviously, today, but, more importantly, it's about remembering those who served. Some are no longer with us. I'd like to share a couple of men whom I will especially be thinking of. In fact, they are the men that put the E in Todd E. Lyons.
Washingtonians Film Spider-Man 4!
Children of the 80 s & 90 s (I was born in 1981, so that includes me) at some point in their lives loved superheroes. Comics, cartoons, toys, anything and everything. Well, I m not going to say which movie really kicked off the superhero movie renaissance, but I will say, when we got the 2002 version of
Spider-Man with
Tobey Maguire & the start of the
Sam Raimi trilogy, we were stocked, and I personally loved it (even #3). Well, the trilogy was originally going to have a 4th entry, that would have had the web crawler going head to head with the
Vulture &
Washington State Summer Con IS ON!
Many things for many people, got canceled in the dumpster fire known as 2020. One of the biggest things for me was
Washington State Summer Con. When it was announced that it wasn t going to be happening last year, I was bummed. It was going to be jam packed with many creators & stars that I had admired for many years. Luckily, they promised to be back, bigger and better. and they are keeping their promise!
After a successful Toy Show & Almost Summer Con, they are ready to go full steam on
June 18th through the 20th at the
Last weekend, my wife, Carrie, and I took out first vacation in nearly 5 years. We visited a couple of friends and former co-workers from Yakima that live in Las Vegas. For the next few days, I share with you some of the high (and low!) lights of our whirlwind trip from another city that, normally never sleeps and show how it is finally beginning to open back up after the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.
