LAWRENCE CO. - Three Fire Department employees were promoted in last night's meeting to Lieutenant at the request of Fire Chief Luke Pinnick. Toby J. Tincher, Dane N. Fountain, and John T. Porter were all promoted to lieutenant. Each of the men has completed a year-long probationary period .
