DAYTONA BEACH Despite inventories shrinking to new record lows, the number of homes sold in both Volusia and Flagler counties in April shot up, did median sale prices, according to area Realtor association reports.
And for the first time ever, the median percent of the original list price received rose to 100% in the combined two-county area.
