KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 11 First-term Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa, who supports the generational endgame (GEG) Bill on smoking and tobacco products, is upbeat on retabling it.
KUALA LUMPUR: The tobacco generational endgame (GEG) policy will be re-examined in terms of its implementation through the Control of Tobacco Product and Smoking Bill 2022 which has yet to be approved in Parliament, says Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa.
Local tobacco giant KT&G has introduced its new heat-not-burn (HNB) product, lil AIBLE, which has been developed with its own technology, the company said Wednesday. The new item s strength revolves around its capability to use three different types of tobacco stick with one device. It also adopted the previous model s essential functions such as automatic heating, a self-cleaning system and a maximum of three consecutive uses.
