all right, 35 past the hour. a look now at headlines in the morning papers across the country. first to oklahoma. where the tulsa world reports the republican led state house and senate have passed new anti-abortion bills. the house legislation bans the procedure after about six weeks of pregnancy. that bill now heads to the desk of republican governor kevin stit who is expected to sign it into law within days. the arizona republic featured a front page report on schools in the state trying to fight learning loss from the pandemic. the decrease in enrollment and increases in chronic absentee rates have resulted in significant losses in learning for all students and has exacerbated an achievement gap along latinos.

abortion. it you can legally do an abortion up until birth. that s the current state of affairs and plus current law because of the current case they will not prohibit abortion. defined around 24 weeks. we very much are working and praying that the supreme court overturns roe v. wade and throws it back to the state. if that happens somewhere around 21 states have trigger laws that will make abortion much more prohibited with some exceptions and in many cases that every day you see states like today, kentucky and other states, oklahoma that are putting in place laws and getting ready for the fact that roe v. wade may be overturned or changed. we re praying that happens. shannon: we will see you, we were going to get opinions from the supreme court. it penny nance, think you were stepping into nine.
