he eliminates college tuition tax credit, the earned income tax credit, and the child tax credit are cut. the result? 2.2 million african-american families will see a tax increase if he succeeds. that s a fact. in foreign policy, we see a future where we, we, the president and i, see a future where america leads by the power of example as well as the example of its power.
