A scratchy, bad connection has threatened to cut off the previously robust relationship between Parks and TNT.
That became evident yesterday when, instead of talking and texting, both sides used social media as a means to communicate.

Parks lit the first fuse around mid afternoon when he posted a message to his 110,000 Instagram followers saying that he would excuse myself and not partake in this year s PBA season due to personal reasons.
A reportedly livid MVP, who owns TNT, fired back and used Facebook and Twitter as the bullhorns to question Parks whereabouts and family excuse.

WITH a fallout between TNT and Bobby Ray Parks looking imminent, the question right now is where the player is headed.
Parks announced on Saturday that he will not be playing in the coming PBA season due to personal reasons, just months after an outstanding performance in the bubble in which he helped TNT reach the Philippine Cup finals.
However, no less than TNT team owner Manny V. Pangilinan was quick to cast doubt on Parks statement, posting on his official Facebook account a photo and a caption to blow up the player s reason for wanting to take a sabbatical.

EVEN if he was not added to the mix that completed Vic Manuel’s trade from Alaska to Phoenix, chances are Brian Heruela wouldn’t be signed to a new contract by the Fuel Masters.
Phoenix team manager Paolo Bugia said the arrival of Chris Banchero and later, Manuel made the 31-year-old Heruela expendable.
“Most likely, hindi rin namin siya mare-renew,” said Bugia.
And so it was a good thing, the PBA trade committee decided to add Heruela to the mix in order for the trade to be approved.
As a result, the Fuel Masters got Manuel, the No. 7 pick (in the first round) and No. 19 pick in the second round of the March 14 draft, while the Aces received the No. 6 selection and No. 16, Phoenix’s 2021 first-round pick, and Heruela.
