In accordance with the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs and the Union Health Ministry, the state government has restricted crowding in public places like churches on the Christmas day and in pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants on NYE to prevent the virus spread, the official told IANS here.

The Chief Minister said the two governments are signing a first-of-its-kind MoU involving collaboration on leadership development in higher education institutions extending for a period of three years. India and UK relationship spans several sectors of cooperation including trade and commerce, education, science and technology, defence and culture, he said.
