Several organizations including deputy chief minister TR Zeliang have condemned the May 25 incident in Tizit where Tizit Area Student’s Union Action committee chairman, Ahoa Konyak was hacked to death by an alleged drug peddler.
The Eastern Nagaland Women Organisation (ENWO) has expressed outrage and anguish over the incident where Ahoa Konyak, a student leader from Tizit was hacked to death by an alleged drug peddler.
DIMAPUR Deputy Chief Minister, TR Zeliang, and various organisations have vehemently condemned the murder of Ahoa Konyak, chairman of the action committee of Tizit Area Students’ Union (TASU), who was killed on May 25 at Namsa Tizit under Mon district by a drugs peddler while on official duty. TR Zeliang: The deputy chief minister, TR Zeliang, while condemning the incident, has appealed to all concerned to cooperate with the investigation agency in order to carry out the investigation without fear or favour so that justice is delivered at the earliest.
